Membership Information
Meeting Information & Events:

Monthly meetings are held on the second Monday Evening at 7pm October-April each year. Please check Facebook for meeting location and schedule changes.

May Meeting is held at the show grounds during the work weekends.

No meetings are held in June, July or August.

In September a Membership picnic is held. Date, Time & Location TBD.

December a Holiday Party is held. Date, Time, Location & Cost TBD.
Work Days:

Work days are held throughout the year to work on the show grounds.

In May & June, workdays are dedicated to preparation for the Annual Gas Up Show.

Volunteers are always needed to help maintain the landscaping. To help out, please contact a club officer to make arrangements.
Volunteer at the Show!
We are always look for help during the show for the Ice Cream Booth, Head Quarters Store and the Membership table. If you would like to volunteer, please contact a club officer to make arrangements.
